Shipping Policy
Santhai provides a range of services to help sellers deliver their unique products to buyers efficiently and securely. This Delivery Policy outlines your shipping responsibilities as a seller, along with your rights and obligations.
This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use. By setting up a shop on Santhai, you agree to comply with this policy and the Terms of Use.
1. Shipping Responsibilities
As a seller, you are responsible for properly packaging and shipping your sold items to buyers. If you choose to use a shipping or fulfillment service, please remember that you remain ultimately responsible for ensuring that your buyers receive their orders.
By selling on Santhai, you agree to:
A. Ensure that the “ships from” address provided is accurate and up to date.
B. Clearly state your shipping duration and processing times in your listings.
C. Dispatch sold items promptly. “Prompt shipping” requires shipping each item within 30 days of purchase unless a different timeframe is specified in your processing time or agreed upon with the buyer through Messages. If an extension is needed, you must obtain the buyer’s consent in advance.
D. Adhere to all applicable local and international shipping and customs regulations.
E. Ship orders to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout.
F. Update the order status to “shipped” only after it has been dispatched. Keep in mind that an order should only be marked as shipped once it has physically been sent. Upon marking it as shipped, the buyer will receive a notification.

H. By providing tracking information or delivery confirmation on Santhai, you authorize us to collect and share this data from your selected shipping carrier with the buyer.
In the rare case that an order does not arrive, you must be ready to present valid proof of shipping. This proof must confirm that the item was shipped and sent to the buyer’s specified shipping address on Santhai. If a buyer does not receive their order, they may initiate a case against your shop on Santhai.
No need to worry—Santhai provides support for sellers who qualify for the Santhai Purchase Protection program.
Shipping services are handled by third-party shipping partners and carriers, not Santhai. You are responsible for reviewing, accepting, and complying with the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the chosen shipping provider. Santhai is not liable for any issues arising from a carrier’s services. If an item is lost, damaged, or delayed, you will need to contact the carrier directly, as Santhai holds no responsibility for such matters, even if we assist in resolving the issue. Please refer to the carrier’s terms and conditions for details on how they manage lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
