Off-Platform Transactions

Buy and sell with confidence on Santhai.

At Santhai, we prioritize the safety of our community. To ensure secure transactions, we have implemented a Purchase Protection Programme and a Case System to assist users if any issues arise with an order.

However, these protections do not apply to transactions conducted outside the Santhai platform, even if the buyer and seller initially connected on Santhai.

Conducting transactions outside of Santhai increases the risk of fraud and scams. Therefore, off-platform communications and transactions are strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Offering to buy or sell items outside of Santhai.
  
  
•  Encouraging buyers to complete a purchase through an external platform instead of Santhai.
  
  
• Using QR codes or other methods to redirect users away from Santhai.

Any transaction started on Santhai must be completed within the platform. The price listed in a product description must accurately reflect the actual sale price. Sellers are not allowed to:

• Modify an item’s price after a sale to evade Santhai transaction fees.
  
  
• Misrepresent an item’s location.
  
  
• Use another user’s account without permission.
