If you are a Seller (i.e. if you are an employee or representative of a Seller or a sole trader Seller (we’ll refer to you as a Seller)), we will ask you to provide:

Indirect Collection of Information:
As a Buyer, Seller, or prospective Buyer or Seller, we may collect personal information indirectly, including through automated methods from your device when you interact with our Platform. Some of this information is gathered using cookies and other tracking technologies, as detailed in section F, “COOKIES,” below.
Information We Receive from Third Parties:
As a Buyer or Seller, we may receive personal information about you from third-party sources, such as verification service providers or social media platforms, if you choose to register for a Platform account through your social media account. We will only collect personal information from third parties where we have confirmed that they either have your consent or are legally permitted or required to disclose your personal information to us.
B. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect and utilize your personal information for the following purposes:
- Verifying Platform account registrations, including conducting fraud, security, “Know Your Customer” (KYC), and anti-money laundering checks to approve Seller accounts.
- Confirming eligibility for participation as a Platform blogger or influencer.
- Creating and managing Buyer and Seller accounts, including assigning log-in credentials and configuring payment/transaction accounts.
- Providing customer support by responding to inquiries, addressing feedback, and managing claims or disputes.
- Facilitating general Platform services, enabling communication between Buyers and Sellers, processing transactions and payments, assessing advance withdrawal requests from Sellers, and assisting with logistics and delivery.
- Assisting with Buyer and/or Seller clearance declarations or applications submitted through the Platform.
- Offering membership benefits, such as birthday rewards, exclusive member discounts, anniversary awards, and promotional coupons.
- Verifying identity and purchase details for product warranties or after-sales claims.
- Monitoring account security and transaction risks for Buyers and Sellers, detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and security incidents.
- Personalizing recommendations by using personal data to suggest relevant features, products, and services, identifying preferences, and enhancing user experience.
- Managing sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including utilizing profile images and account details for event participation and enabling invitations to friends.
- Displaying advertisements tailored to user interests based on Platform activity, browsing records, and order history. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to offer personalized marketing and advertising while ensuring that personally identifiable information (such as name or email) is not used for targeted ads.
- Conducting research and analysis to enhance Platform security, optimize content and layout, and improve product offerings and services.
- Helping users discover and connect with others who are also using Santhai.
Additionally, we may process your personal information for other purposes that align with those disclosed above, provided such usage complies with applicable data protection laws. Further details regarding such uses can be provided upon request.
C. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

- Other Platform Buyers and Sellers – This includes necessary disclosures to support purchases and communications between users. If you are a Buyer, Sellers you purchase from will control personal information related to your transactions and interactions with them. Please review the respective Seller’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data. Additionally, when using our services, some of your personal information may be visible to others. For example, other users may see your product reviews, profile image, and nickname when browsing the Platform.
- Third-party Partners, Service Providers, and Affiliates – We collaborate with various third-party entities to assist in delivering our services or processing personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy or as notified at the time of data collection. These include:
- Adadaa Group Entities and Affiliates – These entities, along with their designated service providers, collaborate with us to deliver processing services, including software, tools, system infrastructure, and messaging services, as outlined in this Privacy Policy
- Business partners who may offer discounts or promotions to Buyers and prospective Buyers, where consent is required under applicable data protection laws.
- Marketing and advertising partners (e.g., Google, X, Facebook, Instagram) that personalize content, conduct analytics, and facilitate targeted advertising. These third parties may combine data from our Platform with other sources. Their data processing is governed by their respective privacy policies (see section F, “COOKIES”).
- Payment service providers (e.g., PayPal) that facilitate transactions. Some of their processing activities may be subject to their own privacy policies.
- Logistics partners that handle deliveries, returns, exchanges, and warehousing services for Sellers.
- Customs agents that facilitate clearance for international sales and purchases.
- Cloud computing and hosting service providers (e.g., Adadaa Inc.) that provide secure data storage.
- Third-party rating and review service providers that conduct surveys and collect customer feedback on our services, should you choose to participate in rating or reviewing Platform products and services.
- Adadaa Group Entities and Affiliates – These entities, along with their designated service providers, collaborate with us to deliver processing services, including software, tools, system infrastructure, and messaging services, as outlined in this Privacy Policy

You can reach these third-party services either through hyperlinks on our Platform or via “co-branded” sites, where both our branding and that of the third party appear under the same URL, domain name, or within specific pages of a domain. In some instances, you may need to provide personal information to register or apply for products or services offered by these third parties or co-branded partners.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not cover third-party or co-branded sites. Their privacy policies may differ from ours, and we do not control how they handle the information you submit. D. DATA RETENTION POLICY

If you share a computer with others, do not save your login details (e.g., user ID and password) on that shared device. While we employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold for you, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit over the internet.

The data controller for your personal information is Santhai Inc.
Additionally, if you are a Buyer, Sellers may also act as data controllers for your personal information related to your purchases and communications with them on the Platform. Please review the Privacy Policies of these Sellers for more details on how they process such information.
Your Rights
You have the following data protection rights, which you may exercise at any time by contacting us:
- The right to access your personal information and confirm whether processing is taking place.
- The right to correct, update, or request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of your personal information.
- The right to object to the processing of your personal information when it is based on our legitimate interests.
- The right to request, in certain circumstances, the restriction of processing or to request the portability of your personal information.
- The right to opt-out of marketing communications at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in our marketing emails, or by contacting us to opt-out of other forms of marketing (e.g., postal or telemarketing).
- If we have collected and process your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of any processing carried out before the withdrawal, nor will it affect processing based on lawful grounds other than consent.

Please note that the rights outlined above are not absolute, and in cases where exceptions under applicable law apply, we may be entitled to deny requests in whole or in part. We strive to respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and any extension period (up to a maximum of 90 days) in writing. You may submit requests as often as you wish; however, we are not obligated to respond to requests for personal information more than twice within a 12-month period.
